Installation & Liner Warranty Disclaimer

Swin On Pool Service and Repair provides a 48-hour warranty on all installation workmanship, beginning at the time the job is completed. This warranty covers defects directly resulting from our installation work performed within that window.

After the 48-hour period, we cannot be held responsible for holes, tears, punctures, or damage that appear in a pool liner or related installation. Once a pool is filled, in use, and exposed to normal conditions, numerous factors outside our control can affect the integrity of the work, including but not limited to:

• Human error or misuse (sharp objects, improper cleaning tools, chemical mishandling)
• Storm damage, extreme weather, or debris
• Wild animals or pests gaining access to the pool
• Ground shifting, settling, or other environmental factors
• Damage caused by third parties or unauthorized service work

Because these variables cannot be reasonably anticipated or prevented once installation is complete, any damage identified weeks or months after service will not be covered under our standard workmanship warranty.

Extended Warranty

Where purchased, our extended warranty applies to the liner material only and does not cover installation labor, damage caused by external factors listed above, or issues arising from improper pool maintenance.

By proceeding with installation services, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this disclaimer.
