Not knowing anything about the opening procedure of my pool, I gave Swim on pool a call. They sent out Jay and wow I was amazed by his knowledge and love for the job. He walked me through every step of the way from hook ups to chemicals to cleaning. 1000% recommend using them for future projects! Great job team

We had a great experience with the company from start to finish. Jay was our main contact throughout the process and was fantastic to work with. They were responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer questions. He kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire project feel much less stressful. The service provided by Swim On Pool Service and Repair to install a new liner in my 12' x 24' oval pool was commendable. My experience was positive. The service was provided just as outlined by Matt (the Owner) per our initial discussion. Communication throughout the three-step process was timely. My questions / inquiries were promptly answered. The Technicians who completed the work: Jay (who removed my old liner), Rafael and Jose (who installed the new liner) and Rafael, again, (who installed the new skimmer and return and connected the hoses), were knowledgeable, professional and polite. I recommend Swim On to anyone pool owner in need of Pool Repair and or Service(s).

A local pool store referred me to Swim On Pool Service for a new liner installation. I called and spoke with Matt who explained the whole process, pricing and timing. We were all set to go when suddenly my liner order fell through. I advised Matt of the problem and he stepped up and was able to obtain a new liner for me. From that point everything was going well. His crew was professional and courteous. After the installation I found a sharp object on the pool floor under the liner. No problem, I advised Matt and within a couple of days Isaiah was out and took care of the problem. This is an excellent company I will be happy to recommend to others.

Let me start by saying the professionalism of the crew was amazing. They explained everything to the point that all my questions were answered. I will admit they were the most expensive but I will tell you this. It was well worth the price. I paid a couple of dollars less 2 years before and it was nowhere near as nice as it came out. You get what you pay for and you get the best with swim on pool services repair. Would recommend them all the time. Thank you very much.

I recently used swim on pools for a brand new liner installation at the beginning of the summer. Matt and his team were extremely easy and convenient to work with. They kept me in the loop with instructions and what each step would consist of. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and how they followed up with me just to make sure everything was working properly. I will recommend Matt and his team to anyone I know that is looking to get some pool work done.

Honest and no BS review: Would highly recommend Matt and his crew. They are professional, respectful and always tried thier best to keep to the schedule days they sent you. Everyone was very knowledgeable when it came to questions and made sure to fix any issues that came up to the best of thier abilities. Also made sure to completely clean up after they where done. They are a bit pricey and sometimes a little to much "nickle and dime", but again you get your monies worth in professionalism and craftsmanship. Only suggestion I would offer is to communicate the pricing and job total with his employees. Matt handles all the pricing (No issues with that, he's the owner) and does a great job explaining and breaking down everything cost related, but if you need extra fixing beyond what you and Matt talked about, the crew does not know the cost. You have to talk to Matt or wait for an e-mail with the pricing. This is not bad mouthing them, only a suggestion. Over all they are a great company and truly care about helping thier customers. Again I highly recommend them

Matt and his team were phenomenal from start to finish. Matt understood exactly what my concerns were and what I needed repaired while putting in a new liner. His team came out to start the work right away. All were very professional and communicated with me through all the repairs. The repairs were more complicated than originally expected and immediately changed course to repair it the correct way. I appreciated the honesty from his team while they listened to my concerns and what the result needed to be. After finishing, the team confirmed whether there was anything else they could help with and were all incredibly respectful and professional. Matt and his crew did an outstanding job that exceeded even my very high expectations. In our first conversation Matt allowed me to voice my expectations and hopes for the finished product and sold me with his insurance that I would be beyond pleased and if I was not they would come back until I was. I appreciate everyone who takes pride in their work and these guys blew me away. The bottom of my pool was perfectly flat, no foot or heel marks for dirt to collect in, which will allow my vacuum robot to perform exceptionally. I had a 3 day schedule, day 1 was tear out of liner, day 2 was sand leveling and new liner install and start to fill pool with water, day 3 they came back to cut out and install my new skimmer box and return valve. No schedule changes needed as they were there when they said they would be. No mess for me to clean up either. Finally, each and every member of his crew was a polite, professional, and conscientious worker. Swim On Pool Service and Repair scores a 10 out 10 from me. I could not be happier!!

Swim On was a lifesaver for us! We recently had a lost a loved one earlier this year who had been the caretaker of the pool. Swim On was so prompt in returning my call and scheduling me for the very next day. They go above and beyond to ensure that my pool would be blue and ready come summer. Elijah was a hard worker, very detail orientated, and knew exactly what he was doing. Very professional, well organized gentlemen. Due to this, I took the liberty of reserving their services to re-open my pool come summer and help maintain it with regular cleanings. With their reasonable prices, promptness, and professionalism, I will highly recommend Swim On to anyone with a pool!

I had a hole in the side of the pool under the hose that connects to the pool. I talked to Matt, the owner, on the phone, and he walked me through the whole process in detail. They had to take the existing liner out, repair the hole, repair and cover any existing rust in the pool, and install a new liner. The installers did a great job and were very courteous. Matt really cares about his customers and wants to do the repairs the right way. That was something I noticed in our conversations. I will call them again.

Professional, knowledgeable, timely and reliable. Jay and Elisha were good at explaining the process and importance of following the correct steps to have a successful completion -with a pool liner that will last if all the instructions are followed sufficiently. They gave me my verbal and written instructions. It was a 3 day process. And the weather had to be the right temperature to fill the pool up with water. They were very detailed. I would definitely recommend this company.

When you call a pool service company in Chicago, with the number they provide on their website, you don’t expect to talk to a dept manager, site manager or the OWNER of the company within the first couple rings… I was given Swim-On’s information from a very trusted sales contact at the Great Escape. They took care of me within a week’s notice (before cold weather) and stopped my pool leak with a new liner install. Their entire process is night and day from their competitors. Service is unmatched. They have proprietary methods to install new liners, and do so without a single wrinkle in the new liner. Would highly recommend to any/all in the Chicagoland area!

I really don’t know where to start, as I don’t normally write Google reviews, but I hope that anyone who has an aboveground pool gives these guys a call. With everything being big box stores these days, finding a local company that does incredible work and doesn’t try to give you the runaround is a blessing. Additionally, the fact they specialize and are so knowledgeable in aboveground pools makes the experience even better, as most spots tend to specialize in in-ground. Anyway, I had some pretty nasty ice damage from the crazy winter we had and after calling a couple of companies, they were trying to charge me an exorbitant amount of money to excavate the area and treat me like I was some goofy who didn’t realize what my problem actually was. Then I called Swim On. The owner, Matt, is a GOAT. Instead of an inspection process, he just had me shoot him a video directly to his phone of the issue and got back to me in a matter of minutes. He then gave me a super affordable quote sent out Jay who was equally intelligent and effective. Jay resolved our problem in a matter of minutes. Leading up to my appointment, I was in constant communication with the owner Matt via phone calls and texts and he never made me feel as if I was bothering him, even when I would shoot him small questions about the process. If you need anything taken care of for your aboveground pool, these are the people you need to call, as they are going to do a brilliant job at an affordable price. I cannot overstate how happy I am with Swim On.

Swim On Pool is amazing! We needed our above ground pool liner and track replaced at the beginning of the season and called many many companies who either did not return calls or ghosted us. When I finally spoke to Matt, he was so knowledgeable and on top of things it was wonderful. He was responsive to calls and understanding when we accidentally purchased the wrong liner and needed to put off finishing the project. He stayed in touch while we waited for the new liner and was able to get someone out to finish the job very quickly. I highly recommend Swim On Pool.

Swim On Pool Service did an outstanding job putting our 21 foot round above ground pool up. From the very start to the finish Matt was very informative on each step. He and his crew were very polite and respectful. I couldn’t find anyone here in the Tulsa, OK area to put up our pool that I purchased. Finally a call to Leslie’s Pool Supply in Owasso, OK and they gave me the number to Swim On Pool Service. Amazing that the crew drove down from Illinois to assemble our pool in Collinsville, OK !!! I would recommend them for anyone needing a pool assembled or pool service.

I needed a new liner in my pool. From the start, Matt was very communicative via phone, email and text. His crew cleared out the remaining algae and leaves from the pool, removed the old liner and replaced it. Although bad weather kept getting in the way, I was always notified of necessary schedule changes. The maintenance package of opening/closing the pool and weekly cleanings/chemical checks is worth the cost. The crew guys are respectful, professional and friendly. I needed to repair my pool and they did an awesome job. Jay was the main weekly maintenance guy and he is great. I appreciated his advice and his efforts to keep the pool clean. I highly recommend Swim On.

I had to call several swim companies in the area, and I'm so glad I went with SWIM ON POOL Service and Repair. I'm so pleased with their work. As new pool owners, it was overwhelming when we realized our liner had a massive leak and a drained the pool completely. Matt did a great job of answering questions and addressing any concerns we had! He was available via phone and text, and was very quick to respond. Elijah came for the first appointment, where he take out the old liner. He was knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, efficient, and professional! Jay and his crew came a few days later for the install. Jay did an awesome job in answering questions. It was really fun to watch some work! They worked fast, and I could tell that really cared about the quality of work they do and they did an awesome job of taking care of the new liner to make sure it does not get damaged. Our pool ended up needing extra sand at the bottom, and the team came prepared with extra bags of sand. Not one wrinkle on the bottom of the new liner... Well done guys!
