Customer Code of Conduct and Service Terms

At Swim On Pool Service And Repair, we value professionalism and mutual respect in all interactions. We reserve the right to decline service to individuals displaying rude, disrespectful, or entitled behavior. Our priority is to address your current pool concerns, although we cannot be held responsible for previous installer errors. To proceed with our services, a $100.00 deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable upon liner installation on day one. Rest assured, we commit to returning for a follow-up appointment on day two to reinstall your skimmer/return and ensure your pool's water level is properly adjusted. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated, and we eagerly anticipate further discussions regarding your pool needs.

We also maintain a firm stance on fair, respectful exchanges. We reserve the right to decline service to clients who are rude, entitled, or abusive, or who attempt to pressure for uncompensated work or services above and beyond the agreed scope.

Accountability and scope: We take responsibility for our work and will promptly acknowledge and remedy any mistakes we make, with transparent communication and documentation. No project moves forward unless the client is 100% aligned and all changes are approved in writing prior to execution.

Limitations of liability: We cannot be responsible for the leveling or installation performed by the original contractors, the original installation conditions, or the ongoing aging and degradation of components over time of your swimming pool (including plastic top rails, caps, uprights, and other plastic pieces). We will not replace, or be responsible for parts solely due to long-term wear or environmental exposure if such wear predates our work or results from general aging.

Client responsibilities: The client is responsible for understanding and agreeing to the scope of work, and for the maintenance and replacement of components that wear with age. Any replacements or additions requested after the initial quote must be approved in writing.

Verification and resolution: If questions or disputes arise, we review the matter with the client and document the outcome clearly before proceeding.

By accepting our work please understand that the deposit given is NON-Refundable and Swim On is at the understanding that you have read and acknowledged our Disclaimer which you were directed to read during our initial phone call.
